Group Discount Program

Organizations sending more than one registrant can benefit greatly from our group discount program. To receive your Group Discount Code please contact our registrar, Joan Weiss, jweiss@infotoday.com BEFORE registering.

All registrations for group discounts must be from the same company and submitted at the same time. Please note that we are unable to apply discounts to existing registrations. Additionally, discounts are not applicable for pre-conference workshops unless as part of a Platinum Pass. 

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds Policy

Register Worry-Free Through September 1st!

Registration cancellations received on or before September 1, 2023 will receive a full refund with no fees. Registration cancellations received between September 2, 2023 and October 6, 2023, are subject to a $150 administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. After October 6, no refunds will be issued.
