Irena Zadonsky

Irena Zadonsky most recently led the Data Governance team at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C. Irena joined the Board in 2014, and led efforts to develop the Board Data Strategy and improve data governance and data discoverability in line with the Board's strategic objectives. Prior to that, she worked in strategic information management with Deloitte, leading data and analytics strategy and architecture projects for the federal government agencies and as an independent consultant in information management advisory roles with various Department of Defense agencies. Irena's educational background is in Computer Science, with a specialisation in informatics. Among other professional certifications, she has certifications in Artificial Intelligence Implications for Business Strategy and in Leadership in an Exponentially Changing World from MIT Sloan, and certification in brain-based coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
