Irena Zadonsky most recently led the Data Strategy and Policy team at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C. Irena joined the Board in 2014, and led efforts to develop the Board Data Strategy and improve data governance and data discoverability at the Board. Prior to that, she worked in strategic information management advisory with Deloitte, leading data and analytics strategy, governance and architecture projects for the federal government agencies. Prior to Deloitte she worked as an independent consultant in information management advisory roles with various Department of Defense agencies. Irena has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with a specialisation in informatics. Among other professional certifications, she has certifications in Artificial Intelligence Implications for Business Strategy and in Leadership in an Exponentially Changing World from MIT Sloan, and certification in executive coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
