Fernanda is a student at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing a B.S. in Information Systems and an M.S. in Information Security Policy & Management to pursue research/work in information security. In her previous position at SAS, she employed text analytics to identify and address problems facing the federal government. Her interests include Data Analytics, Application security, Cloud security, Intrusion detection, and Ethical Hacking/Penetration Testing.
