With over 20 years at Press Ganey, Nathan brings a unique blend of product leadership, deep domain expertise, and operational experience.

For the past six years, Nathan has focused on building and scaling text analytics capabilities, including leading the integration and advancement of NarrativeDx following its acquisition. Over the last two years, he has been at the forefront of developing a next-generation, GenAI-powered text analytics solution (Narrative HX), focused on improving contextual understanding, scalability, and ease of use.

Prior to transitioning into product management, Nathan spent 14 years in Press Ganey's healthcare advisory services division, partnering directly with health systems and leading teams to drive performance improvement initiatives. This client-facing experience continues to shape his approach to building practical, outcomes-driven technology solutions.

Nathan is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and has training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. He is passionate about bridging the gap between emerging AI capabilities and real-world application, helping organizations turn unstructured data into actionable insights.
